Todd Foreman is a seasoned corporate lawyer specializing in financial services and general counsel advisory. His legal practice encompasses broker-dealer, asset management, capital markets, private equity, mergers and acquisitions, custody, banking, cryptocurrency, corporate governance, employment, and financial services regulation and compliance matters. He is admitted to the bars of England and Wales, New York, Paris, and the Republic of Ireland.
