David Tice is a New York–admitted corporate and securities lawyer with a strong background in M&A and capital markets transactions, complemented by a decade of international legal experience. A graduate of Brown University (A.B. and A.M.) and Columbia Law School (J.D.), David Tice began their career as a corporate associate at Kaye Scholer (now Arnold & Porter), where they spent four years representing private equity firms, public companies, and institutional clients in complex transactional matters, securities offerings, regulatory filings, and corporate governance issues. After leaving New York, David Tice built a diverse international practice over ten years at boutique firms overseas and as a solo practitioner. His work has focused on cross-border corporate transactions, foreign investment, company formations, and commercial agreements, with a particular emphasis in recent years on advising startups and early-stage companies. This has included drafting shareholder, operating, and partnership agreements, negotiating investment and funding arrangements, and helping founders and investors navigate business structuring, growth, and regulatory considerations.
