He is developing a strong foundation in corporate counseling and transactional practice while bringing a thoughtful, detail-oriented approach to the firm’s work.
Braedon earned his Bachelor of Science in Psychology, magna cum laude, from Florida International University, with minors in Political Science and Philosophy. His background in psychology gives him an understanding of people and decision-making that informs how he approaches client relationships, while his political science and philosophy studies sharpened his skills in analysis and communication.
At Gonzalo Law, Braedon serves as a Law Clerk at our Gainesville office and supports the firm’s corporate, nonprofit, and intellectual property practices. His work includes legal research and drafting across a range of transactional matters, assisting with business formations and registrations, reviewing contracts, and supporting intellectual property filings.
Beyond his work at the firm, Braedon serves as a Certified Legal Intern with the University of Florida’s Heirs’ Property Clinic, where he assists low-income clients in Alachua County with estate planning and resolving title and property issues. He is also a Research Assistant to Professor Amy Stein, contributing to scholarship on the environmental impacts of emerging technologies and related regulatory developments.
At UF Law, Braedon remains active in the academic community. He serves as a General Editor for the Journal of Law and Public Policy and is Treasurer of both the Environmental and Land Use Law Society and the 2026 Public Interest Environmental Conference. These roles reflect his commitment to leadership, collaboration, and advancing important conversations within the legal community.
