OVERVIEW OF EXPERIENCE

Colleen Reed is an experienced litigator who focuses on individual and corporate white-collar criminal defense and commercial litigation matters. She has prosecuted hundreds of cases as trial attorney and also served as Bureau Chief of the Middle Keys Division for the State Attorney’s Office for the Sixteenth Circuit. After practicing as a prosecutor in Virginia and Florida, Attorney Reed spent several years with a civil and criminal defense firm in the Midwest. She is admitted to practice law in Florida, Pennsylvania, and Virginia.

Ms. Reed is an active member of the Allegheny County Bar Association and serves as Council on its Federal Courts Section and as a board member of the Military & Veterans Affairs Committee and the Women in the Law Division. She also serves on the boards of the Piatt Place Condo Association and the Emmaus Community of Pittsburgh. A graduate of the University of Richmond School of Law, Ms. Reed also holds an M.B.A. from the University of Richmond School of Business. She began her legal career as a Judicial Intern for the Honorable Richard D. Taylor, Jr. in the Virginia Thirteenth Judicial Circuit.
