9. Independent Activities: Allows the Agent to render the Artist services to anyone else as agreed upon by the Artist.

10. Exclusivity: The Artist agrees not to engage with any other person to act within the capacity that the Agent was contracted for.

11. Assignment: This provides for the transfer of the agreement to other parties as necessary.

12. Breach and Cure: If the contract is breached the terms for a cure are set forth in this area.

13. Legal Representation: The Artist acknowledges his right for legal representation.

14. Notices: Gives the address where all notices and payments must be sent for both the Agent and the Artist.

15. Jurisdiction: Describes the State where this agreement has been executed. The laws of this State will apply to this contract.
